How Does the Fix This Next Adviser Program Work?

We leverage the Business Hierarchy of Needs (BHN) and the Fix This Next Evaluation to determine any unchecked core needs.  Each level of the BHN pyramid has 5 core needs. If any of those are unchecked (currently not satisfied), we need to develop a plan to address those needs.

We start with the core need the has not been satisfied at the lowest level of the pyramid, as each level of the BHN pyramid builds on the other, similar to the way a foundation supports a building. The lowest level core need is considered the vital need that needs to be addressed. You can also think of this need as the weakest link or bottleneck.

Once we've identified the vital need, we develop a plan to fix it. Often times, we have to make sure we have data to support our decisions, and not go on gut feelings. We follow the O.M.E.N.: Objective, Measure, Evaluate, and Nurture to ensure we are fixing the vital need.

We'll guide you to fix the problems that matter most to your business.  We offer both do it with you and done-for-you services as a part of our adviser program, or just serve as a mentor for you and your team.

Ken Tucker, a Fix This Next Certified Advisor, comes from a background of business process improvement, as well as building systems and solutions. In fact, worked in software engineering organizations to implement the Capability Maturity Model for software development - to move from ad hoc processes to repeatable, defined, managed and optimized processes. As a Master Consultant in the Duct Tape Marketing Consultant Network, he also leverage the Marketing Maturity Model, an idea he helped to foster.
